Inventory Executive

Job Title: Stock Management Executive / Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

The Stock Management Executive is responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records, timely availability of materials/products, and smooth warehouse operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances

Monitor daily stock movement and update inventory systems

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation

Identify slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and report to management

Coordinate with purchase, sales, and warehouse teams for stock planning

Prepare stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures

Support audits and provide required inventory documentation

Minimize stock loss, shortages, and excess inventory

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in stock/inventory management

Knowledge of inventory software (Tally, ERP, Excel, or similar)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, email)

Good coordination and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field

1–3 years of experience in stock or warehouse management preferred

Computer Knowledge is must
