Job Description
🧾 Job Profile SummaryWe are looking for a Female Junior Accountant with basic accounting knowledge. The main responsibility of this role is payment collection, payment follow-ups, and maintaining payment records. Training will be provided.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCollect payments from clients (cash / cheque / online)
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Receive and record incoming payments
- Update daily payment records
- Maintain customer outstanding reports
- Prepare payment receipts and invoices
- Maintain cash book and basic ledger entries
- Coordinate with sales and admin team for collections
- Deposit cheques and update bank entries
- Maintain proper payment documentation
