Job Description
Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, boilers, turbines, conveyors, HVAC, utilities, and material handling systems.
Working knowledge of Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and reliability engineering concepts
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure safe work practices (LOTO, work permits, etc
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers, supervisors, and technicians
Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists, and equipment history records
Analyze recurring failures and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions
