Merchandiser

• Communicate with buyers for order requirements, approvals, and updates

• Prepare T&A (Time & Action) calendar and ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality & Dispatch teams

• Follow up on sampling, fabric, trims, accessories, and approvals

• Manage bulk order planning, costing, and consumption sheets

• Track production status and resolve bottlenecks in workflow

• Ensure product quality matches buyer standards

• Oversee order delivery timelines and shipment execution

• Maintain accurate records and reports for all running orders

• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and vendor coordination when required

• Support in market trend analysis and product development
