Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Merchandiser who will act as a bridge between buyers, suppliers, and the factory to ensure smooth order execution with the right quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers regarding designs, quality requirements, and delivery timelines
• Source and manage raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories) and handle approvals
• Prepare costing sheets, book orders, and plan production schedules
• Develop and follow up on samples (proto, fit, pre-production)
• Monitor production flow and conduct pre-production meetings (PPMs)
• Coordinate with quality teams to ensure standards and arrange inspections
• Prepare shipment and production-related documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
