Job Description
- Job title- Merchant Executive
- Coordinate between clients, sales team, and production department to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, approvals, product samples, and client communications.
- Follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories to ensure production readiness.
- Monitor production and dispatch schedules to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, and other materials from vendors.
- Provide support in client follow-ups, quotations, and approvals.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status and production updates for management.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all products before dispatch.
