Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Mill Operator to manage and operate rolling mill machinery in a steel manufacturing environment. The candidate must have hands-on experience in mill operation and production processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor rolling mill machines and auxiliary equipment
• Maintain production parameters as per standards
• Conduct routine checks and ensure smooth functioning of mill operations
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Ensure product quality and maintain production efficiency
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain 5S at the workplace
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of rolling mill operations
• Ability to read technical drawings and mill parameters
• Knowledge of safety standards in steel production
• Problem-solving and machine handling skills
• PreferredExperience in hot rolling / cold rolling
• Exposure to steel plant automation systems
