Hotel The Taksonz is seeking an experienced cook/chef for our Indian cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in preparing and cooking Indian dishes. As a cook/chef, your responsibilities will include menu planning, ingredient selection, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
The candidate should have extensive knowledge of Indian spices, herbs, and cooking techniques. You should be able to create innovative and delicious dishes while adhering to food safety regulations and standards. In addition, the candidate should be a team player and able to work well under pressure.
