Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Nursing Officer / Nursing Supervisor to manage nursing assessments and supervise home-care services in Ludhiana.

This role is field-based, involving home visits, nurse onboarding, and quality monitoring.

• Key Responsibilities Conduct initial nursing assessments at client homes during onboarding
• Prepare and explain care plans based on patient needs
• Supervise and guide home-care nurses and caregivers
• Ensure quality, safety, and clinical standards are followed
• Act as the clinical point of contact for families and internal teams
• Support training and evaluation of nursing staff
• Maintain basic documentation and assessment reports

Eligibility Criteria GNM / BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical or home-care experience
• Prior supervisory or senior nursing role preferred
• Comfortable with field work and home visits
• Good communication skills (Punjabi / Hindi; English is a plus)
• Empathetic, responsible, and professional approach
