A well-established company in the sanitaryware industry based in Sahnewal, looking to hire an Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, accounting support, and dispatch coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

Data entry of bills, receipts, invoices, and accounting vouchers

Operate and manage accounts using Tally software

Handle daily office work using MS Word, MS Excel

Manage material dispatch records, coordination, and documentation

Attend customers, visitors, and phone calls professionally

Support day-to-day office administration and coordination


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic to good accounting knowledge

Practical working knowledge of Tally

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage dispatch documentation and office coordination

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented personality


Experience:

Prior experience in office administration / accounts / dispatch handling preferred
