Job Description

Assist in daily operational tasks including data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, product) to support project execution.
Monitor key operational metrics and help identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Support in documenting operational processes and preparing training materials.
Conduct research and present findings to improve internal workflows.
Help ensure smooth execution of supply chain, fulfillment, and other backend operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
