Job Description
- Explain the school’s academic programs, curriculum, facilities, and admission process to parents.
- Identify and generate leads for new admissions (Pre-Primary to Senior Classes, as applicable).
- Maintain accurate daily records of collected data, including parent contact details, student age/class, and interest level.
- Distribute school brochures, pamphlets, and admission forms during home visits.
- Build positive relationships with parents and local communities to enhance school visibility.
- Follow up with interested parents via phone calls or scheduled visits to support admission conversion.
- Submit daily/weekly field reports to the Marketing Manager/Branch Head.
- Cover assigned territories effectively and meet data collection and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for smooth follow-up and conversions.
- Ensure professional conduct and brand representation of the school at all times.
- Gather market feedback on competing schools, fees, and parent expectations.
