Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team. You must have experience in the fasteners industry, especially in areas like thread rolling, cold forging, grinding, and hot forging.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Supervise production activities on the fasteners line

* Ensure daily targets are met

* Guide and support the production team

* Monitor processes like cold forging, hot forging, grinding, and threading

* Maintain quality and safety standards

* Work closely with other departments to solve problems and improve production

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Must have prior experience in fastener manufacturing

* Should know about threaded rods, cold forging, hot forging, and grinding

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Willing to learn new things and improve processes

* Must be responsible and committed to work
