Property Sales Executive

• Handle incoming client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing and property listings.
• Schedule and coordinate property visits with clients and agents.
• Maintain professional communication with clients before and after meetings.

Sales Support & Telecalling

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain available property options.
• Maintain and update the client database (CRM or Excel).
• Assist the sales team in client coordination and document collection.

Bookkeeping & Office Administration

• Maintain daily expense records and petty cash.
• Update payment details, commissions, and receipts in the company ledger or Excel.
• Prepare simple financial reports for management review.
• Support day-to-day office administrative work.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Any equivalent field.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and bookkeeping.
• positive attitude, and client-first approach.
• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or office coordination will be an advantage.
