1.⁠ ⁠Purchase & Procurement Support

• Assisting the purchase manager in sourcing materials, components, or products.

• Preparing purchase orders (POs) in the system.

• Sending inquiries to suppliers and collecting quotations.

• Comparing prices, delivery time, and quality options.

2.⁠ ⁠Vendor Communication

• Coordinating with local and international suppliers through email/phone.

• Following up for order confirmations, dispatch details, and delivery schedules.

• Maintaining relationships with existing vendors.

3. Order Tracking & Follow-up

• Tracking shipments, deliveries, and pending orders.

• Following up for delay updates, shortages, or quality issues.

• Preparing daily/weekly purchase status reports.
