Quality Checker (Garments)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect garments at cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing stages.
• Check measurements, fitting, stitching quality, trims, labels, and overall finishing.
• Identify defects such as loose threads, stains, incorrect stitching, damaged fabrics, or incorrect specs.
• Maintain QC reports, inspection sheets, and defect logs.
• Ensure all products meet buyer specifications and internal quality standards.
• Communicate defects and quality issues to supervisors and production teams for corrective actions.
• Conduct final inspection before shipment.
• Assist in maintaining quality control processes and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
