Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer for our fastener manufacturing unit.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspection of nuts, bolts, screws and other fasteners during production and final stage
Checking product dimensions using Vernier caliper, micrometer, thread gauges and other measuring instruments
Ensuring products meet customer drawings and quality standards (ISO / DIN / ASTM)
Identifying quality issues and coordinating with the production team for corrective actions
Maintaining inspection reports and quality documentation in Excel
Handling in-process and final quality checks
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience in Fastener Industry
Good knowledge of quality inspection tools and standards
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
