Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities


  • 1. Property Listing & Acquisition Visit different areas to find new properties available for sale and rent.
  • Meet property owners, gather accurate details, and take photos/videos.
  • Add property information to the company database/CRM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, landlords, and builders.


  • 2. Client Handling & Site Visits Understand client requirements and shortlist suitable properties.
  • Take clients for property site visits and explain features clearly.
  • Coordinate with property owners for visit timings.
  • Provide feedback to the office team after every visit.


  • 3. Field & Market Research Regularly survey new developments, new projects, and trending areas.
  • Identify competitive listings and market prices in nearby localities.


  • 4. Office Coordination & Support Assist with basic office work such as documentation, client follow-ups, phone calls, and updates.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and share with management.
  • Support marketing activities like putting banners, checking signage, etc.
