Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival

Assist clients with inquiries related to makeup services, pricing, and availability

Appointment Management Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments

Maintain accurate appointment calendars

Send reminders to clients via phone, WhatsApp

Communication Answer phone calls, messages, and social media inquiries professionally

Handle client feedback and escalate concerns when required

Administrative Duties Maintain client records and consent forms

Keep track of daily bookings and studio reports

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Manage walk-in clients and waiting lists

Sales & Promotion Support Inform clients about ongoing offers, packages, and memberships

Assist in promoting studio services and products

Encourage repeat bookings and client retention

Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance

Prior experience in a salon, makeup studio, or customer service role preferred
