About Us:

We are a growing kidswear fashion brand based in India, focused on stylish, high-quality apparel for children. As part of our next growth phase, we are planning a pan-India expansion through a franchise-owned brand store (FOFO/FOCO) model.


Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced professional to design, launch, and scale our franchise business model. This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end franchise strategy, franchisee acquisition, store launch, and operational success.


Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Model Development

Design and structure the franchise business model (FOFO / FOCO / Hybrid)


Define franchise commercials, CAPEX, ROI, margins, fee structures, and agreements


Create franchise SOPs, manuals, and operational frameworks


Franchisee Acquisition

Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities


Build a strong franchisee pipeline through brokers, consultants, exhibitions, and networks


Conduct franchisee meetings, presentations, and negotiations


Store Launch & Retail Operations

Oversee end-to-end store rollout (location approval, store design, opening)


Coordinate with design, supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams


Ensure brand consistency and strong customer experience across stores


Franchise Relationship Management

Act as the single point of contact for franchise partners


Monitor store performance, sales, inventory, and profitability


Drive corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement


Growth & Expansion Strategy

Prepare city-wise and state-wise expansion plans


Track KPIs, franchise performance dashboards, and MIS


Recommend improvements in pricing, merchandising, and marketing for retail success


Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in franchise development for retail or fashion brands


Strong understanding of Indian retail real estate and store economics


Hands-on experience in launching and managing franchise-owned stores


Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills


Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability


Preferred Background:


Apparel / Kidswear / Footwear / Lifestyle Retail


Experience with brands expanding via franchise model in India
