Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and grow our Lithium-ion EV battery business for 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers in Punjab & Haryana.
⚠️ This role is strictly for Lithium-ion / EV experience. Lead-acid background alone is NOT acceptable.
The RSM will be responsible for dealer & distributor expansion, sales strategy, and revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Punjab & Haryana sales region
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers & distributors
- Build and lead field sales
- Drive sales of Lithium-ion EV batteries (2W / 3W)
- Set targets, review performance, and ensure achievement
- Develop pricing, schemes & market strategies
- Monitor competitors and market trends
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain & management
- Ensure timely collections and channel discipline
