Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive / Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting investment and insurance products. The role involves understanding clients’ financial needs, recommending suitable investment solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquirenewclients through leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.
  • Understandclients’ financial goals and risk appetite to recommend appropriate investment options such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, and Insurance.
  • Conductregular follow-ups and portfolio reviews with clients.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients.
  • Maintainstrong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Achievemonthly andquarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners (AMCs, Insurance Companies, etc.) for smooth transaction processing.
  • Keepupdatedwiththelatest market trends, financial products, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintainproper documentation and ensure compliance with SEBI, and other regulatory norms.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strongknowledge of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Demat & Trading Accounts, Bonds, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for financial markets. Analytical ability to assess clients’ financial goals and recommend solutions.
  • Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Abilityto work under pressure and achieve targets.


Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

NISM V-A/V-B preferred or mandatory as per regulatory norms.

2–5 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, or investment advisory.
