Research Analyst

Job Summary:

Specialisation : Stocks, company analysis, financial analysis, fundamental analysis, detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• This is a full-time on-site role for Research Analyst, located in Ludhiana
• Conduct in-depth fundamental analysis of companies, sectors, and macroeconomic trends.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation frameworks (DCF, Relative Valuation, etc.).
• Generate actionable investment ideas for inclusion in Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF portfolios.
• Prepare and present research reports and investment theses to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio holdings and track performance drivers, earnings updates, and news flow.
• Collaborate with the fund management team to refine portfolio strategies and risk management.
• Attend earnings calls, analyst meets, and industry conferences to gather insights.

Qualification & Experience & Skills :

CA,CFA,ICWA,CMA,CFA(Pursuing)or Equivalent

NISM XII or similar

Minimum2–5yearsofexperiencein equity research, investment analysis, or a related role.

Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment concepts.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or similar research tools.

Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
