Key Responsibilities: ( We ll provide training for this)- Experienced and freshers both can apply.
- Handle domestic & international flight bookings
- Book hotels, holiday packages, visas, and travel insurance
- Create customized tour itineraries as per client requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and refunds
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
