Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their clothing requirements
• Assist customers in product selection, sizing, and styling
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product display, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
• Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth checkout process
• Manage stock movement, tagging, and replenishment
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and store discipline

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail garments / apparel sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
• Knowledge of fabrics, fits, and garment categories
• Presentable personality and positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts and on weekends
