Sales and Marketing Executive

•     Identify and approach food importers, ethnic grocery wholesalers, and distribution companies in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Gulf markets

•     Generate new business through cold outreach, trade directories, B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), LinkedIn, and food trade shows

•     Manage the full sales cycle: initial inquiry → product sampling → quotation → negotiation → order closure

•     Prepare and send professional product catalogues, price lists, and export quotations to international buyers

•     Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing importers and distributors

•     Coordinate with the operations and quality teams to ensure timely shipment, correct documentation, and on-time delivery

•     Handle export documentation requirements: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, COA, and freight coordination

•     Attend international food trade fairs and exhibitions (SIAL, Gulfood, Fancy Food Show) to represent Uncle International

•     Track market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer demand to inform the product and pricing strategy

•     Report weekly on leads pipeline, conversion rates, orders closed, and revenue targets
