Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle showroom walk-ins, understand customer requirements, and convert enquiries into sales for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior solutions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend showroom walk-in customers and explain modular kitchen & wardrobe solutions.
• Understand customer needs, space requirements, and budget.
• Coordinate with designers for layouts, 3D designs, and quotations.
• Present materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories clearly.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain customer records and follow up till order closure.
• Coordinate with site, production, and installation teams.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales coordination.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Presentable personality with a sales-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of modular kitchens & wardrobes.
• Ability to read basic layouts and measurements.
• Customer-oriented approach and patience.
• Computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, basic Excel).
• Preferred (Added Advantage)Experience in interior design, furniture, or modular kitchens.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / design process.
• Ability to handle premium clients.
