Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers to generate business.
• Present company products and explain their benefits clearly.
• Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for orders and payments.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Keep accurate records of sales, orders, and customer details.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales updates and report to the Sales Head.

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle negotiations and customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining records.
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Team coordination and time management.
