Sales Executive

Job Title:

Sales Executive – Punjab (B2B / Dealer & Distributor Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B sales for products across assigned districts of Punjab
• Appoint and manage dealers / distributors in target territories
• Identify new business opportunities with agri-input dealers, fertilizer retailers, bulk buyers, and institutional customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers
• Conduct product presentations and basic technical explanations to buyers
• Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand trends
• Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing and payments
• Ensure timely recovery of payments and outstanding follow-ups
• Prepare basic sales reports and submit regular updates to management

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B field sales or Prior experience in dealer–distributor appointment and management
• Good knowledge of Punjab agriculture / input market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp / smartphone-based reporting
• Valid two-wheeler & driving license preferred

Compensation:

• Fixed salary
• Travel & field expenses as per company policy
