Hiring: Sales Manager – Steel (Round Bars & Flat Bars)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to handle Pan India sales of Round Bars & Flat Bars.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & manage Pan India sales network

• Generate new business & expand dealer/distributor base

• Handle key accounts & institutional clients

• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets

• Follow up on payments & outstanding

• Monitor market trends & competitor activities

• Coordinate with production & dispatch teams

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience in steel industry (Round Bars / Flat Bars preferred)

• Strong dealer & distributor network across India

• Good negotiation & closing skills

• Willingness to travel Pan India

• Target-driven & result-oriented
