Field Sales Executive – Automotive Batteries / Tyres

Location - Dashmesh Nagar (Ludhiana) (Field Sales)

Job Type - Full-Time | Field Job

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit dealers, retailers, and workshops regularly in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote and sell automotive batteries / tyres to retailers and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and mechanics.
• Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing and schemes.
• Ensure timely order booking and coordination for dispatch.
• Assist dealers with product knowledge, schemes, and promotional activities.
• Monitor payment collections and outstanding dues when required.
• Candidate Profile Experience in battery industry, tyre industry, or automotive spare parts sales preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in field sales.
• Strong dealer network and market knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel in the assigned territory.
• QualificationMinimum Graduate / Diploma (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates).
• Comfortable with field travel and dealer visits.
