Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (freshers with high enthusiasm may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
