Job Description

e are looking for a Sales Executive cum Reception Coordinator who can handle front desk responsibilities while also supporting the sales function of the company. This role requires a person who is confident in communication, organized in daily office work, and comfortable making cold calls to generate leads and follow up with clients.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesMake daily cold calls to potential clients for lead generation.
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper communication.
  • Explain company services clearly and professionally to prospects.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, responses, and conversions.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead targets.
  • Coordinate with internal staff for client follow-ups and updates.
  • Reception and Front Desk ResponsibilitiesManage the reception desk and attend walk-in clients and visitors.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them properly.
  • Maintain visitor records and front office discipline.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Day-to-Day Office SupportAssist in routine daily office tasks and coordination work.
  • Support management and team members in operational activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and office staff.
  • Help maintain proper documentation and office workflow.
  • Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
  • Confident speaking manner and professional personality.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and call handling.
  • Ability to do sales calls without hesitation.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in sales, telecalling, reception, or customer handling will be preferred.
  • Work ExpectationsMust be comfortable with cold calling on a daily basis.
  • Must be willing to assist in reception handling and day-to-day office work.
  • Should be punctual, disciplined, and flexible with workload.
  • Candidate may be required to stay beyond working hours occasionally if work demands it.
