Job Description
e are looking for a Sales Executive cum Reception Coordinator who can handle front desk responsibilities while also supporting the sales function of the company. This role requires a person who is confident in communication, organized in daily office work, and comfortable making cold calls to generate leads and follow up with clients.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesMake daily cold calls to potential clients for lead generation.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain proper communication.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally to prospects.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, responses, and conversions.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead targets.
- Coordinate with internal staff for client follow-ups and updates.
- Reception and Front Desk ResponsibilitiesManage the reception desk and attend walk-in clients and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them properly.
- Maintain visitor records and front office discipline.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
- Day-to-Day Office SupportAssist in routine daily office tasks and coordination work.
- Support management and team members in operational activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and office staff.
- Help maintain proper documentation and office workflow.
- Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
- Confident speaking manner and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and call handling.
- Ability to do sales calls without hesitation.
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, reception, or customer handling will be preferred.
- Work ExpectationsMust be comfortable with cold calling on a daily basis.
- Must be willing to assist in reception handling and day-to-day office work.
- Should be punctual, disciplined, and flexible with workload.
- Candidate may be required to stay beyond working hours occasionally if work demands it.
