Job Description
Role Objective (Read this carefully)
You are not a showroom salesman.
Your job is to bring revenue, open B2B accounts, and close orders for customised branding, printing, and gifting solutions.
If you can’t generate leads, follow up aggressively, and convert enquiries into POs — this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & ProspectingGenerate B2B leads via:
- Cold calling
- Field visits
- Existing market references
- Architects, interior designers, retailers, corporates, factories
- Identify repeat-potential clients, not one-time bargain hunters.
2. Sales & Order Closure
- Understand customer requirements (branding, UV printing, signage, gifting, decals, etc.)
- Prepare quotations with internal coordination.
- Negotiate value, not discounts.
- Close deals and ensure advance payments are collected.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with active customers.
- Ensure repeat orders and upselling opportunities.
- Handle objections professionally — not emotionally.
4. Coordination with Production & Accounts
- Coordinate with production team for feasibility and timelines.
- Ensure correct job details are passed (material, size, quantity, finish).
- Follow up on dispatch, billing, and payment recovery.
5. Reporting & DisciplineDaily call and visit reporting.
- Weekly sales pipeline updates.
- Maintain customer data properly (no excuses).
- Targets & AccountabilityMonthly revenue targets will be assigned.
- Performance is measured strictly on:
- Orders closed
- Revenue generated
- Payment realization
- No target = no long-term role.
Required Skills & ProfileExperience: 1–4 years in B2B sales (printing / advertising / signage / gifting preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and field work
- Basic understanding of branding, printing, or customized products
- Hungry to earn — not just sit on salary
