Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive / Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting investment and insurance products. The role involves understanding clients’ financial needs, recommending suitable investment solutions, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients through leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and risk appetite to recommend appropriate investment options such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, and Insurance.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and portfolio reviews with clients.
• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products to existing clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners (AMCs, Insurance Companies, etc.) for smooth transaction processing.
• Keep updated with the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with SEBI, and other regulatory norms.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Demat & Trading Accounts, Bonds, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for financial markets.
• Analytical ability to assess clients’ financial goals and recommend solutions.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on long-term relationship building.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
