Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesman with experience in tiles and sanitaryware sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product features, customer service skills, and market trends, and will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Present and promote tiles and sanitary products to potential customers (retail and projects).
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, architects, and interior designers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, availability, and pricing.
• Assist in showroom displays and maintain cleanliness and visual standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generate daily and weekly sales reports.
