Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing on-site execution of modular kitchen installations, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and smooth coordination between clients, factory, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily installation activities at multiple sites
• Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with factory production team, installers, electricians, and plumbers
• Track material deliveries, maintain site inventories, and report shortages
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Maintain safety compliance and site cleanliness
• Provide progress updates and photo documentation to office team
• Assist in final inspection and handover to the client

Requirements:

• Experience in modular furniture/kitchen installation or interior fit-outs
• Ability to read technical drawings (2D/3D)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ownership mindset with problem-solving ability
• Valid two-wheeler license preferred (for site visits)

Qualification:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil/Interior/Furniture or relevant trade (preferred)
