Sky Phygital - Relationship Manager-Sky Channel-Phygital
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our Sky Channel-Phygital team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be the face of the bank, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to build long-lasting relationships. Your expertise in sales and customer support will be key to driving business and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Manage and develop sales strategies for the Sky Channel, focusing on direct customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide excellent customer support and after-sales service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct field visits and meet with customers to demonstrate products and services, offering personalized advice.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery.
- Generate and nurture leads, converting them into sales opportunities and driving business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring data integrity.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
