Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the "art" of marketing and possess knowledge of various marketing strategies, both digital and traditional. Your goal will be to help the company grow by increasing brand awareness and attracting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline)

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities

Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor analytics

Coordinate with design and content teams to create promotional materials

Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions

Track and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.

Assist in managing advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM, and email marketing

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and business goals

Handle internal communications and support PR activities if required

Maintain marketing databases and contact lists

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role (1–3 years preferred)

Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital tools

Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads)

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to multitask

Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Google Ads is a plus

Experience with CRM platforms and basic graphic design tools

Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics

Work Schedule:

Full-time / Part-time

Monday to Saturday (depending on company policy)

May require occasional travel for events or client meetings
