Store Keeper Mechanical

Stock & Indenting

• Verify daily stock in ERP (panels, cables, motors, etc.).
• Maintain min/max stock levels and prepare project/consumable indents.
• Generate BOM-based indents as per monthly plans.

Material Handling & Records

• Receive and verify incoming materials.
• Update inward/outward data in ERP or Google Sheets.
• Manage returnable/non-returnable gate passes and replacement records.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Electrical, Purchase, and ERP teams.
• Submit regular stock and material movement reports.

Team & Control

• Supervise store staff and ensure inventory control compliance.

Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
• Share timely updates via email or WhatsApp.
