Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily finishing operations (ironing, folding, packing, etc.)
• Ensure finished goods meet company quality standards
• Plan and assign work to finishing staff to achieve daily targets
• Monitor production speed and efficiency of the team
• Maintain discipline and workflow on the finishing floor
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Dispatch teams
• Ensure orders are packed correctly and on time
• Keep record of output, attendance, and floor performance
• Report delays, quality issues, or manpower concerns to management
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the finishing area

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in garment finishing operations
• Good team handling and leadership skills
• Understanding of garment quality and packing standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic record keeping and reporting knowledge
