Job Description
Seeking a results-driven Collection Supervisor to manage a team of agents, ensure timely loan recovery, and meet collection targets while maintaining compliance and customer professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor collection team performance
- Ensure achievement of daily/monthly recovery targets
- Handle escalations and difficult cases
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
- Prepare basic performance reports
Requirements:
- Experience in loan collections or debt recovery
- Prior team handling experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
