Talent Acquisition Executive

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate tracker, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates till successful onboarding.
• Maintain proper documentation and recruitment records.

SKills Required :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to screen and assess candidates effectively
• Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Office Timings : 09 to 05.30 pm

Location : Sunview Plaza, Ayali Kalan , Ludhiana, Punjab.
