1. Barista Responsibilities:  Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes.  Ensure consistency in product presentation and quality.  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at workstations and service areas.  Operate POS systems and handle customer transactions efficiently.  Engage with customers warmly and resolve queries or complaints professionally.  Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.  Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering supplies. 2. Trainer Responsibilities:  Deliver structured training sessions to new baristas and crew members on product knowledge, SOPs, equipment handling, customer service, and hygiene standards.  Conduct refresher training for existing staff on new products, promotions, or operational updates.  Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to improve skills and efficiency.  Maintain training logs, attendance sheets, and assessment records.  Support in developing and updating training manuals and visual aids.  Lead by example and set a standard for punctuality, grooming, service etiquette, and quality.  Assist management in identifying training needs and gaps.
