Field Executive & Tele caller

The Field Executive & Tele caller will be responsible for contacting customers through calls and conducting field visits to follow up on assigned cases. The role involves customer coordination, payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records as per company guidelines.

• Responsibilities:Contact customers via phone for payment follow-ups and reminders
• Visit assigned customers for collections and case resolution
• Explain outstanding dues and repayment options clearly
• Update daily call and visit status in the system
• Maintain proper communication with customers in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the internal team and reporting manager
• Achieve daily and monthly targets assigned by the company
• Requirements:Minimum 10th / 12th pass
• Experience in telecalling or field collection preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory for field work
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
