Job Description
- Make outbound calls to parents regarding admissions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate information about school curriculum, facilities, fees, and programs.
- Maintain a record of calls, enquiries, and responses using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Follow up with potential leads and assist the admissions team in closing admissions.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve parent queries politely and professionally.
- Share daily call reports with the Admissions/Marketing team.
- Maintain a high level of professional communication and customer service.
