Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, disciplined, and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our growing NPA Solutions Debt Recovery Team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling outbound calls, communicating effectively with clients, and assisting in the recovery of overdue payments in a professional manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients regarding pending dues, following up regularly to ensure timely recovery, and maintaining accurate call records using CRM systems or MS Excel. You will also coordinate closely with the internal team for case updates and handle client queries with clarity, confidence, and professionalism. The candidate must have the ability to achieve daily and weekly calling and recovery targets. We are looking for someone with good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English, along with basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and calling systems. Candidates should have a convincing attitude, patience, and the ability to handle pressure in a target-driven role.
