Job Title: Tele caller in Digital Marketing Agency

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele caller to join our Digital Marketing Agency. As a Tele caller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and driving business growth by engaging potential clients over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a good understanding of digital marketing services. This role involves making outbound calls, building relationships with prospects, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

1.    Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital marketing services and explain the benefits.

2.    Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.

3.    Clearly articulate the value proposition of our digital marketing solutions to prospects.

4.    Build and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

5.    Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.

6.    Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

7.    Record and document all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

8.    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

9.    Stay informed about industry trends and our competitors to effectively communicate our unique selling points.

10. Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

1.    Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry.

2.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.    Ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.

4.    Strong organizational and time management skills.

5.    Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is a plus.

6.    Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

7.    Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

8.    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

9.    Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

10. High school diploma; additional education or certification in marketing is a plus.
