Job Title: Telecaller – Immigration Industry

Location: Dream Study Overseas

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years (Immigration / Study Visa / Travel Industry)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls related to study visa, tourist visa, and immigration services.
• Explain company services to prospective clients and generate walk-ins.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
• Update and manage client details in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with counselors for appointment scheduling.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller in an immigration consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Strong convincing and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of study visa processes (UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
• Comfortable working with targets and under pressure.
