Telecalling Executive

• Make outbound calls to customers for feedback and product reviews
• Handle lead generation through calling and follow-ups
• Maintain and update customer database in Tally/CRM
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for order management
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure smooth order processing
• Address basic customer queries and escalate concerns when required
• Maintain daily calling reports and performance records

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Customer handling experience preferred

Qualification Required:

• Any Graduate

09:00 am to 05:30 pm.
